This was a train wreck for two years….
#1: The instructions call for one pound of ground beef and 5 pounds of taters… a little too much of a break. But the big ta-do was over the amount of water, it said to keep adding it, well how and when do you determine how much water is just exactly enough… obviously I didn’t figure this out
#2 Stupid parsnips I bought at the store were ALREADY bad. Apparently their middles turn into sticks when they go back so you don’t really know they are bad until it’s too late.
